We help families choose sessions that suit their child and explain availability, settling-in arrangements, funded hours, fees and payment dates before a place begins.

Children’s safety and wellbeing come first. Team members follow clear safeguarding procedures, record concerns appropriately and work with families and relevant services when support is needed.

Families can share medical needs, allergies, dietary requirements and medication information with the Nursery Manager so that suitable care arrangements can be agreed and recorded.

We want every child and family to feel welcome and respected. Individual routines, interests, cultures and support needs are considered when planning care and learning.

Parents and carers are encouraged to speak with the nursery team about questions or concerns. We will listen, explain the next steps and respond through the nursery’s complaints process.

Personal information is collected and used for nursery care, communication and administration. Families can ask what information is held and how it is handled.
